Daniel Erickson

Senior Associate

Daniel Erickson is a lifelong public school educator with over 27 years of distinguished service. He has over 20 years of administrative experience, including two years as the Superintendent of Schools. Erickson believes in, and practices, Servant Leadership as his approach to working with his team members to provide excellence in education every day.  


Mr. Erickson received his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York College at Fredonia in elementary education with a specific focus on early childhood education. Daniel also holds a a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.


Throughout his career, Mr. Erickson has served primarily economically disadvantaged students and created pathways for students to be prepared for college, career, and life after school. This includes serving in the 2nd largest school district in Arizona where he implemented advanced learning programs across the city of Tucson to encourage more traditionally underserved students to take advanced academic courses. Mr. Erickson also mentors superintendents from across the state of Arizona in partnership with Grand Canyon University.
