Claubentz Dieujuste

Associate

With more than 20 years of distinguished service in New York City public schools and charter networks, Claubentz Dieujuste has built a career defined by transformational leadership, instructional excellence, and an unwavering commitment to developing the next generation of school leaders. Serving as a building principal for nearly a decade across both the NYC Department of Education and United Charter High Schools, he has consistently demonstrated the rare combination of practitioner credibility and coaching depth that produces lasting change in schools and in the leaders who run them.

A seasoned instructional leader and coach, Claubentz brings exceptional skill in reflective practice, leadership capacity building, and systems design to every engagement. Under his leadership as Principal of United Charter High School for Advanced Math and Science IV in Queens, NY, the school achieved and sustained 98%+ graduation rates and built a distributed leadership model rooted in the belief that the systems you create matter more than the moments you manage. His approach to leader development is grounded in data, structured feedback, and the conviction that real impact comes from building capacity that outlasts any single leader's tenure.

Throughout his career, Claubentz has introduced initiatives that elevated both student outcomes and adult leadership across school communities. These include designing and facilitating Critical Friends Group sessions for new principals, leading peer inter-visitation rounds to strengthen instruction and building action-research cycles that connect leadership practice to measurable school improvement. He is the visionary author of the forthcoming Unscripted Leadership: Stories of Adaptability, Courage, and Impact. His work has been featured in K12 Digest, and he has been recognized as a thought leader on instructional leadership, AI integration in education, and school turnaround practice.
