Jose A. Ortiz, Ph.D., is a transformational education executive and senior consultant specializing in school improvement, district transformation, and multilingual education strategy. With more than 15 years of experience bridging private-sector consulting and public-sector leadership, Jose has directed multimillion-dollar school improvement engagements, led networks of more than 100 consultants, and served as a trusted advisor to superintendents and district leaders nationwide. His expertise spans instructional leadership coaching, turnaround strategy, organizational change management, and strategic partnership development. As a former Chief Academic Officer for a 57-school improvement initiative and Special Assistant to the Superintendent in Massachusetts, Jose brings both practitioner insight and corporate strategy acumen.
